First Quarter 2021 Executive Director Message

April 1, 2021 | Dallas, TX

The first three months of 2021 are nearly over, and we are mere days away from the Easter season. I for one could not be more excited to enter into the Joys of Easter! Personally, for me and us here at Vera Aqua Vera Vita, January and February seemed to have whizzed by in the blink of an eye, but thanks be to God, March brought with it a slowdown and much-needed rest from the frantic pace that the first couple of months of the year yielded. In all candidness, so many things have been happening so fast that I feel that I am less than prepared to deliver my Quarterly Executive Director Message, but alas, because of an ardent desire to update you on many great things happening at Vera Aqua Vera Vita, we must press on!

As is typical of my Executive Director messages, I would like to take a quick moment to call to mind a couple of the many things that I am grateful for from the past few months.

Jacob Niemeier

Jacob Niemeier grew up in North America's heartland and from a very young age his Catholic Christian faith has been very important to him.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Science in Agriculture & Biological Engineering from Purdue University and continues to this day to uphold his Engineering license.

Jacob has a great passion for problem solving and adventure whether it is with water, the environment, travel, or people. While at Purdue, Jacob, also, recognized the needs and suffering of people in developing countries when he took mission trips to both Haiti and Africa which he credits as his inspiration for starting Vera Aqua Vera Vita.
