”The news article highlighted the dire water situation in Monte Castillo and the water treatment facility being implemented to begin to solve the water problems and the construction ground-breaking in the village. This is all possible through a funding partnership between the Rotary Club of Miraflores-Piura and Vera Aqua Vera Vita. It states how the ground breaking coincided with Rev. Joseph Uhen, pastor of Santisimo Sacramento (Father Joe) 25th anniversary in Piura. Jeff Niemeier, executive director of Vera Aqua Vera Vita is pictured on the right page in upper right photo during the ground breaking ceremony.
